Assisted by WCRE, Jefferson Health recently finalized the sale of a South Jersey office property. Situated at 1099 White Horse Road in Voorhees, the three-story building spans 27,000 square feet.
Founder and Managing Principal Jason Wolf, along with Executive Vice President & Broker Manager Evan Zweben, represented Kennedy Property Corp., an entity under Jefferson Health’s control, during the transaction.
The buyer and financial details remain undisclosed, although WCRE reports that a local limited liability corporation acquired the property. Previously, the space served as the headquarters for Kennedy Health System, which Jefferson Health acquired in 2017. WCRE took on the role of exclusive marketing agent for the property in 2022.
