TD Bank is set to begin relocating 1,300 employees from three buildings on its South Jersey headquarters campus starting next month. After selling five properties, the bank has leased back two of them.

The sold properties include the Atrium building at 1713 Route 70 E. in Cherry Hill, 1006 Astoria Blvd. in Cherry Hill, and 12000 Horizon Way in Mount Laurel. Employees will move to 6000 Atrium Way in February and March, with the remainder relocating to the TD University building at 4140 Church Road in Mount Laurel this fall.

Scott Hite, TD’s head of real estate, anticipates the transition will be completed by year-end.
